Join us at The Garrison on 99 Bermondsey Street SE1 3XB for our film night on Wednesday 7^th May at 7.30pm.

We will have exclusive use of the screening room and will be showing Control - winner of the Best British Independent Film in 2007, Best New British Feature Film and Best Performance in a British Feature Film at the 2007 Edinburgh Film Festival, and winner of Best Film at the 2008 NME Awards.

Anton Corbijn's film about Ian Curtis follows the Joy Division singer as he struggles with professional success, personal demons, epilepsy and prescription drugs. Although Control is a tour-de-force of the rise and fall of one of the most iconic and influential bands in British musical history, you don’t to know about the music to appreciate the film!
