Sarah qualified as a solicitor in October 2003 after completing her training contract at the DTI.  Sarah is currently a solicitor at the Department for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) and currently works in the team dealing with intellectual property matters having previously worked in the consumer credit team.

Sarah is a former Chair of the London Trainee Solicitors' Group and was on the committee of the London Young Solicitors' Group as well as the National Young Solicitors' Group.
